General Policy

A valid credit card is needed to secure a reservations at The Grampian Hotel, a non-refunable, non-transferable deposit of A £25 per person will be taken when booking from the card details provided at the time of booking.
Reservations must be cancelled 72 hours in advance of your stay. In the event of a no show or a cancellation in breach of the policy, your credit card will be charged with the full amount of the entire stay booked.
Room only rates are advance purchase. The full amount will taken at the time of booking and are non-refundable and non-transferable.
